The Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Water in Varna (RIEW – Varna) has issued a decision stating that the project “Detailed Development Plan – Regulation and Construction Plan (DDP-RCP)” does not require an environmental assessment.

The project covers several land plots in the “Primorski” district, Baba Alino locality, with a total area of over 117 hectares. The developer is “Vilapart Arkanum” Ltd.
