Thanks to the initiative of KYB - Construction, the renovation of Georgi Boev and Sava Radulov Street in Varna has now been fully completed.

This area, which was previously in poor condition — with potholes, mud, and limited access — has been completely revitalized and brought up to modern urban standards.

Achievements:

• New asphalt and modern road surfacing have been installed
• Improved comfort for drivers and increased safety for pedestrians
• Enhanced quality of life for residents in the area

This completed project is part of KYB’s long-term vision for a well-organized, accessible, and people-oriented Varna. We believe that quality infrastructure is the foundation of a better future.

On June 14, the EXPATS exhibition took place at SOPHARMA EVENT CENTRE in Sofia, bringing together business leaders, international communities, investors, and experts focused on shaping modern Bulgaria as a great place to live, work, and invest.

We are proud to announce that KYB successfully showcased its projects at the event and was honored with the EXPATS RECOMMEND business award — a recognition of the company’s contribution to the entrepreneurial landscape in Bulgaria.

This award marks a significant milestone for KYB and further motivates the team to continue developing projects that meet the highest international standards.

Representing KYB at the exhibition was Anna Dobrovolska, from the marketing department. In her talk “Live. Work. Relax: How We Build Spaces for a Stable Future”, she shared the company’s vision of creating next-generation residential environments — smart, secure, comfortable, and investment-friendly.

Also speaking in the partner session was Kristina Vier, representative of the international organization “Mi Razom”. Her presentation addressed the topics of social integration, support for displaced persons, and intercultural dialogue within the framework of humanitarian and business initiatives.
