The international development corporation KUB is launching a special summer program for potential investors from Ukraine and Moldova. From June 7 to September 13, 2025, KUB will fully reimburse the costs of an introductory trip to its headquarters in the Bulgarian city of Varna — provided the investor proceeds with an investment in one of the company’s projects.

We are committed to creating a transparent and comfortable way for partners to get acquainted with our developments. KUB aims to remove common entry barriers for investors and to showcase the level of service and openness that defines us — and that all of our clients and partners deserve.

Investors from Moldova and Ukraine who book seats on the SkyUp charter flight from Chișinău to Varna and backthrough accredited tour operators will stay at the Aqua View Hotel, attend official presentations, and receive reimbursement for their travel costs. This includes airfare (up to €199) and three nights of accommodation. Reimbursement will be made after signing an investment agreement — and can optionally be deducted from the future property purchase.

Thanks to this initiative, each prospective investor will be able to personally evaluate our approach, learn more about our properties, enjoy the atmosphere of summer Varna, and make a well-informed decision.
